We are developing tools that allow researchers and non-computational users to explore the LINCS dataset via a simple web interface. Computational-savvy users will be able to interact with the data through an API.
Data (ranging from raw files to processed matrices to structured APIs), code and biologist-focussed web apps will be available soon
Many of these data/tools are already available to members of the LINCS consortium (email us if you need access)
A beta program will be announced at the LINCS symposium on Nov 18/19. All users — from LINCS as well as others — are welcome to sign up by sending email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Public access to these data/tools will be available in March 2014
